'Destiny' News And Updates: Bungie Has Big Plans For Final Update, Might Include Bringing Old Raids Back,

As the release of "Destiny 2" looms on the horizon, Bungie is teasing big plans for the last content update of "Destiny." One of those plans includes bringing something from the past back with new updated features.

In a recent article from Bungie's blog that details the Age of Triumph, fans have noticed the inclusion of multiple images that point towards the first raids of "Destiny" making a return. The speculation is driven by the fan's insistence of bringing old raids back with current light levels. The images found on the blog post could potentially lead to their wishes coming true.

The first image on the blog post for the Age of Triumph shows a Vex Minotaur in front of the entrance of the Vault of Glass. The Vault of Glass is the first raid released by "Destiny" and arguably its most beloved. The image sparked the rumors of the raid coming back to "Destiny' with new features that at the time, weren't available.

To add to the speculation of old raids making a return to "Destiny", another image shows a Hunter that looks like an updated version of the class' Vault of Glass armor set. Moreover, the Vex's signature floating diamond effect is seen hovering around the hunter's right leg.

Clues for past raids making a comeback are also present in the blog post. Crota's End and King's Fall logos are present in the Age of Triumph live event. A crest was included that features four symbols that may indicate the different raids that will return for "Destiny." Game Rant suggests that the four raids symbolized on the crest are, the Vault of Glass, Crota's End, King's Fall and Wrath of the Machine.

Bungie is no stranger to teasing fans on their unannounced plans for "Destiny." It's hardly surprising that the game developer has given "Destiny" fans something to think about with these images. But if the rumors are indeed true, the return of the old raids is the perfect send off for "Destiny" as it transitions to "Destiny 2."
