NBA 2K officials launched NBA 2K17 patch 1.08 notes. The new update is available on PlayStation 4 and it will arrive soon for Xbox One.
According to The Bitbag, the NBA 2K17 update 1.09 weighs 7.6 GB. The update looks like it is going to be a big one and it will fix a number of issues that are currently plaguing the game.
One of the big issues which is getting fixed is the awful loading screen issue. Along with that, there are many other small issues to be fixed with this update because it is a big one.
Here are the patch notes shared by NBA 2K on its official Facebook page:
- Fixed an issue where team logo screen freezes for an extended period of time.
- Corrected a case where users were able to upgrade their MyPLAYER outside of the constraints of their selected archetype.
- Fixed an issue that was preventing offensive strategies from running properly during gameplay.
- Difficulty level changed to All-Star for MyTEAM Play with Friends games.
- Fixed a case where some Grand Badges have incorrectly nullified the effectiveness of other Grand Badges they should not have.
- Addressed a hang which could occur during a Park After Dark event when coming back to the event.
- Fixed a bug where some users would not appear in a MyCOURT owner's "In MyCOURT" list which makes it impossible to kick them from the court.
- Users will now have the default camera settings for their chosen camera angle in MyPARK, also users will still be able to select the camera of their choice.
- MyPLAYERs' overall possible rating increased to 99.
The NBA 2k series had a long history of bugs but the development team manages to create updates of the game on a regular basis. NBA2K18, which comes out late this year, will have its surprises as developers continue to improve the game.
NBA 2K17 is available currently on PS3, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and Windows PC. This game is a big hit and same is expected for NBA 2K18 when it is released this year.
