Seth Rollins WWE Rumors: Bret Hart Clarifies Criticisms Of 'The Architect' [VIDEO]

Bret Hart has never been shy about putting Seth Rollins in a verbal Sharpshooter.

The WWE Hall of Famer has gone on record and critiqued "The Architect" for being dangerous in the ring.

Hart took exception to Rollins breaking John Cena's nose with an errant knee last year. He was also critical of Rollins injuring Sting's neck with a Buckle Bomb last September, which subsequently led to the end of "The Vigilante's" career.

After Rollins injured Finn Balor with a similar power bomb maneuver into the barricade at "SummerSlam" this past August, Hart was once again very vocal about his displeasure.

While he's never one to back down from
His strong opinions, Hart made it clear he has no ill will toward Rollins, but has maintained his criticisms are valid.

"Actually, I'm a big fan of Seth Rollins, Hart said on 'Heated Comments with Booker T' (via WrestlingInc). "I mean, it sounds like I've been a little hard on him the last few months, but I'm trying to make a point to make him a better wrestler, to live up to what I expect out of him. And we're in this business. It's not about hurting people, and, too often, people misunderstand my point, and, maybe, including him. Now, he thinks I've got a hard on for him, or I'm out to get him, or out to make him sound bad. I'm not. I love his wrestling and I like him as a person. He's always a respectful guy. I hope Seth Rollins becomes the safest, best wrestler in the world. And I wish him all the luck in the world."

Rollins has been in a top spot as as singles star on the WWE roster for two years and is currently feuding with Kevin Owens, who won the WWE Universal Championship after it was vacated by Balor due to the injury.

Owens and Rollins will face-off for the gold this Sunday at "Clash of the Champions" at the Banker's Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.

Rollins has acknowledged Hart's comments in the past and admitted they hurt his feelings.

Bret Hart had some comments about me and how safe I am in the ring because of John's nose, and then, me getting hurt while I was the champion and just said that you couldn't do that because people relied on you as a top guy," Rollins said on 'Talk is Jericho' (via WrestlingInc). "And that hurt my feelings. And I haven't seen Bret since then, but, I mean, I know he comes from a different era when he worked through a lot of stuff, but, man, that sucked.

"That hurt my feelings. I'm like, 'dude, I idolized you. You were one of the guys who, at 6'1" [and] 230 [pounds], you were a guy who I was like, 'I can do that because Bret Hart does it'', so, like, for him to [say that]. He [has] got to know how hard I'm working every night for him to kind of say that in an interview."
