Amid rumors she could be leaving the WWE, Paige got some more ink about her real-life boyfriend, Alberto Del Rio.
The "Essence of Excellence" negotiated his release from the WWE and is free to compete anywhere he wants. Del Rio recently admitted he was very unhappy in the company, but also said they are still on good terms. He will once again work elsewhere under the Alberto El Patron moniker.
With Del Rio departing the WWE, there has been a lot of speculation that Paige could be on her way out of the door as well. Both were in the midst of serving a 30-day suspension for a wellness violation, though it's unknown for sure what the reasons was behind the bans.
Paige is also out nursing back and neck injuries, but the road back to the WWE could be even more difficult if her mindset is in tune with her boyfriend's.
The Norwich, England native recently revelaed she had a "papi" tattoo as an ode to Del Rio and it seems she recently added some more ink in a tribute to her boyfriend. Paige posted and then deleted an Instagram post with the name "Alberto" on her torso, but it was screen grabbed by a Twitter user:
As far as Del Rio's suspension, it is believed the ban was levied down on him because he tested positive for PEDs, according to The Wrestling Observer (via Wrestlingheadlines.com. There's still no word on what Paige got popped for.
Paige reportedly recently received legal representation amid claims that WWE official Mark Carrano threatened to fire her if she didn't break up with Del Rio -- a story the WWE has denied.
The couple's relationship first came to light when pictures of them kissing at a Disney theme park surfaced online.
Del Rio, 39, was previously married to a woman by the name of Angela Rodriguez, but it seems they've split up. Paige, 23, had her last well-known relationship with A Day To Remember rocker Kevin Skaff come to an end in the public eye on the "Total Divas" reality show.
