FLYERS vs HURRICANES Watch Live Stream Online & Listen: Live Coverage from Carolina

Tonight at 7:30 p.m. ET, the Philadelphia Flyers (4-9-0, eight points) and Carolina Hurricanes (4-7-3, 11 points) take the ice against each other for the second of four meetings live from PNC Arena in North Carolina. The game can be live streamed here. Philadelphia fans can hear all the action on 97.5 FM The Fanatic while Carolina fans can do the same on 99.9 The Fan.

The Flyers enter play in last place in the Atlantic Division, 14 points behind the division-leading Pittsburgh Penguins while the Hurricanes are in fifth place in the division, 11 points behind the Pens. Carolina took the first game from Philadelphia in a 2-1 home victory.

The Hurricanes have dropped five straight games but will hope that starting a five-game homestand tonight will help them get back on track.

"Home is a place where you need to execute and you need to be good," Hurricanes defenseman Jay Harrison told the team's website. "Your home record is very indicative of where you are in this league and it's something that we've consciously identified as an area that needs improvement. We want to take pride in the way we play at home."

The Flyers defeated the New Jersey Devils 1-0 on Saturday on a night that followed a 7-0 loss to the Washington Capitals that turned into a full-fledged brawl. The Flyers are hopeful to have Vincent Lecavalier back after he missed Saturday's game due to facial contusions obtained in the fight.

"My vision was a little bit better with my half shield and the little protective thing to protect the lower part of my face," Lecavalier said via NHL.com following practice. "It fogs up and all that, but those are all things between shifts. Obviously I have to have that right now. I feel good [Monday]. Hopefully I'll be able to play [Tuesday]. I felt fine on the ice. I just need to protect it and I'll be good."

Lecavalier is tied for the team lead in points with seven while scoring a team-high five goals and adding two assists while Brayden Schenn (three goals, four assists) and newly acquired Steve Downie (one tally, six helpers) each have seven points.

Carolina's attack has been led by Jeff Skinner (3-6-9), but he is sidelined with an upper-body injury. Behind Skinner, Hurricanes captain Eric Staal is the leading scorer with three goals and five assists for eight points.

In net, the Flyers have turned to Steve Mason (3-7-0, 2.42 goals-against average, .922 save percentage) and Ray Emery (1-2-0, 3.58 GAA, .870 save percentage) while Justin Peters (0-5-0, 3.49 GAA, .890 save percentage) has struggled in net with Cam Ward (lower-body) and Anton Khudobin (lower-body injury) sidelined for Carolina.

Two struggling teams in need of points faceoff tonight when the puck drops on the Hurricanes and Flyers in Carolina.
