Odell Beckham Jr. has amassed a lot of catches in his brief career, but Zendaya wasn't one of them.
There were rumors that the Giants wide receiver and the singer were an item when they were spotted taking pictures together during the Grammy Awards back in February and then seen together at an after party for the award show.
With Beckham recently being romantically linked to reality star Khloe Kardashian, Zendaya cleared the air about her perceived relationship with the receiver.
"That was just my homie," Zendaya told TMZ Sports about Beckham. "It was just my homie. It's just funny that we hang out one time and it became a lot, but it's fine."
The singer also joked about a potential relationship with Klay Thompson, saying "what's up" to the Warriors star, who is two wins away from a second straight NBA championship.
Though she and Beckham seemed into each other when seen together at the Grammy's, Zendaya has been adamant that they are just friends. The singer's father, Kazembe Ajamu Coleman, who chaperoned them at the award show, did give Beckham the stamp of approval.
"I would approve," Coleman told TMZ in February about a possible second date between the two. "He actually was a perfect gentleman. He was polite. He was courteous. He was respectful in every way. I commend that young man and his parents for how they raised him."
As for Beckham, rumors have swirled that the two-time Pro Bowler is involved with Kardashian after the two were spotted getting hot and heavy at Drake's Memorial Day blowout. Though the reality star grinded on Beckham, she later took to Twitter to deny rumors of a potential fling.
Kardashian has a sordid history with athletes as she is currently working through a divorce from ex-NBA champion Lamar Odom, a process that has been on-and-off for the better part of three years. She also split from Rockets guard James Harden after he pushed for a monogamous relationship and cheated on her.
Beckham's personal life remains a mystery, but it seems he isn't truly involved with Zendaya or Kardashian.
