Matt Harvey Girlfriend: Mets Pitcher's Former Flame Anne V Gets Engaged [PHOTO, VIDEO]

As one of his old flames prepares to settle down, Matt Harvey continues to try and live like his idol Derek Jeter.

The Mets right-hander hasn't been shy about wanting to have the on-field and off-field success of the Yankees' captain, who retired in 2014.

Jeter dated a who's who of models and beautiful women and thus far Harvey has had his share of romantic success as well. While Jeter is getting married to model Kate Upton in July, fellow model Anne Vyalitsyna, better known as Anne V., is settling down as well.

Anne V revealed on Twitter that she and longtime boyfriend, Yahoo executive Adam Cahan, are engaged. The couple had a baby, Alaska in last year, and Cahan has two daughters with his ex-wife, Alice Larkin.

Harvey began dating the supermodel in May 2013, but they split up in February 2014. The 2015 NL Comeback Player of the Year was then linked to Polish model Ania Cywinska.

The 2013 All-Star may be following Jeter when it comes to dating, but he may not wait as long as Jeter did to settle down.

"I don't think I will [follow] the Derek Jeter model. I'm not afraid of [marriage]," Harvey told the New York Post in March. "I would like to have two or three kids."

The right-hander admitted in 2013 that he was looking to follow the Jeter path when it comes to dating.

"That guy is the model," Harvey said in an interview in the August 2013 issue of Men's Journal. "I mean, first off, let's just look at the women he's dated. Obviously, he goes out -- he's meeting these girls somewhere -- but you never hear about it. That's where I want to be."

Harvey, 27, has had some trouble on the field this season, pitching to a 4-8 record with a 4.95 ERA in 12 starts, but he's turned it around in his last two outings, going 1-1 with a 0.64 ERA in his last two starts -- including a hard-luck 1-0 loss on Sunday against the Marlins.

The defending National League champion Mets enter Monday with a 31-24 mark and are just two games behind the Nationals (34-23) for first place in the NL East.
