In the midst of a boring Game 2 of the NBA Finals between the Warriors and Cavaliers, the world needed a distraction. That diversion came in the form of stunning Instagram model Roni Rose.
Rose, a known Warriors fan, was spotted on television glaring at two-time and reigning unanimous MVP Steph Curry in a move that sent the Internet buzzing.
Many people believed she was attempting to seduce the Warriors point guard, but she clarified her stare in the caption of her photo on Instagram.
"Sooo I was just drinking my drink and this happened," Rose wrote on Instagram. "I'm just giving the boys a little motivation I guess. Go warriors lol."
Her mother also came to her defense and took aim at "haters making accusations," while saying her daughter was with her boyfriend at the game, according to Terez Owens.
Curry is obviously happily married to his wife Ayesha, and they seem to have a very strong romance and bond. The couple got married back in July 2011 and has two daughters together.
They both also recently discussed the pregame ritual they have that involves their matching tattoos.
"I have to show it," Curry told Parents.com. "This signifies that the past is behind us and the future is in front of us, so we stay in the middle, in the moment. [Before the game], I smack my tattoo and she does the same."
Added Ayesha: "It's a reminder for him to have fun. I never want him to forget that."
Curry had 18 points for the Warriors in Game 2 as the team doused the Cavaliers, 110-77, to take a commanding 2-0 series lead on Sunday. Draymond Green led the way with 28 points.
