Cristiano Ronaldo Girlfriend: CR7 Could Pull A Derek Jeter By Settling Down After Retirement [VIDEO]

Cristiano Ronaldo is set to retire when he's in his 40s, but will he pull a Derek Jeter?

Much like the soccer superstar, Jeter dated a who's who of models and beautiful women during his MLB career. Shortly after hanging up his cleats for good, the Yankees captain and shortstop settled down with Sports Illustrated swimsuit model Hannah Davis.

Ronaldo, 31, recently declared he will call it a career in his 40s.

"I'm going to retire at Real Madrid at 40-something. I'm very happy here," Ronaldo told Spanish daily AS. "I've worked hard to be where I am."

Ronaldo is under contract through 2018, but is currently working on negotiating a long-term deal. He will next lead Portugal in Euro 2016.

"I'm super happy that we won the Undecima and now I'm thinking about the Euros," Ronaldo said. "We want to bring a little happiness to the Portuguese people. They deserve it."

Ronaldo has been linked to many models throughout his life, including Russian bombshell Irina Shayk, but the couple broke up last January. Other dazzling women Ronaldo has dated include English models Gemma Atkinson and Alice Goodwin.

The many ladies in his life also include Marisa Mendes, the daughter of his agent, Jorge Mendes, and Portuguese-French beauty Melanie Martins, who is, of course, a model.

His off-field is as legendary as his soccer career. Perhaps, when he reaches 40, he'll be ready to pull a Jeter.

The five-time World Series champion also dated a laundry list of amazing beauties throughout his life, but is currently preparing for his July wedding with Davis, who has been very low-key about the whole thing.

"I'm chill," Davis told Health.com about her attitude being a bride in March. "I just want it to be a fun day, not all the fuss. I don't want to go overboard -- it's not about the place settings. I won't get stressed-out about that, 'cause I could just care less."
