THUNDER vs WARRIORS Watch FREE Live Stream Online: Game 2 Western Conference Finals Coverage From California

After a surprising opening game of this series, the Thunder and Warriors are set to tipoff for Game 2 of their best-of-seven Western Conference finals series live from Oakland, Calif. on Wednesday.

Oklahoma City is looking to take a commanding 2-0 series lead by winning its second straight road game of the series, while Golden State hopes to shake off what ailed it in Game 1 and tie the series up before it shifts to Oklahoma.

The Thunder surprised many in Game 1 on Monday, walking away with a 108-102 victory, handing the Warriors their first home loss of the 2015-16 postseason.

Russell Westbrook had a game-high 27 points in the win, while Kevin Durant followed closely behind with 26.

Westbrook also paced Oklahoma City with seven steals and 12 assists, while Steven Adams notched a team-leading 12 rebounds before making some unintended controversial comments in the postgame interview and later apologizing.

Reigning NBA MVP Stephen Curry carried the game for the Warriors in the loss. Curry paced Golden State in points (26), rebounds (10) and assists (7) en route to the team's first defeat with him in the lineup in these playoffs.

The Thunder have now won three straight road games against teams that combined for three home losses all regular season long (two against the Spurs, one against the Warriors), and will seek their first four-game road playoff winning streak since 1995-96, when they were the Seattle SuperSonics.

"You have to have a mindset coming into these kinds of venues. Our guys, I think they understand what they're walking into," coach Billy Donovan said via ESPN. "You don't just walk in here say, 'Oh, everything's going to be OK.' You have to have a mindset to understand. The first thing is to embrace the fact it's going to be hard."

While setting an NBA record with 73 wins in the regular season, the Warriors didn't lose two straight games all season long. If they do so now, they head to Oklahoma City down 2-0.

"That doesn't matter at this point," Draymond Green told ESPN of the regular season. "Obviously, it helps just knowing what to do to not lose back-to-back games, but it's the playoffs. It's the conference finals."
