ARSENAL vs CHELSEA Watch Live Stream Online & Listen: 2013 Capital One Cup Live Coverage from Emirates Stadium, England

Today at 3:45 p.m. ET, Arsenal and Chelsea go head-to-head in Capital One Cup action live from Emirates Stadium in England. The game can be live streamed here.

18-year-old Serge Gnabry is fresh off of signing a long-term contract with Arsenal and he notched his first goal with the club in a 2-1 victory over Swansea last month. Forward Tomas Rosicky said he likes the contribution of Gnabry and believes that he will thrive with the team.

"He has a manager here who will develop him and who has a history of developing young players," Rosicky told Arsenal.com. "Nothing better could happen to him than being offered a new contract here. He's a good dribbler and can take on you on in the one-on-one situations. That can be his strong point in the future and for an 18-year-old he's doing very well."

Gnabry is expected to be involved in today's fourth-round Capital Cup matchup against Chelsea so long as he can shake off his ankle injury.

Isaac Hayden and Ryo Miyaichi are set to go while midfielder Mathieu Flamini (groin) and Mikel Arteta (suspended) will not be able to go in the game.

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger isn't sure how long the team will be without Fiamini.

"It doesn't look like a bad muscle injury but honestly it's too early to give you a precise answer. It's a groin injury," he said per ESPN.

Fernando Torres and Chelsea are coming off of a big 2-1 victory over rival Manchester City.

"I am feeling good and with high confidence, and feeling better in the system we are playing with more space," Torres said via ESPN. "Hopefully we can keep improving as a team as it is just the beginning of the season and important games are coming."

Chelsea is looking for a big win over Arsenal, who lead the Premiere League and are two points ahead of Chelsea in the standings.

The stakes are high when Chelsea and Arsenal go head-to-head live from Emirates Stadium in England this afternoon in the fourth-round of the Capital One Cup.
