WWE 'Fastlane 2016' Rumors: 10 Booking Decisions WWE Needs For Final Stop On Road To 'WrestleMania 32' [POLL, VIDEO]

This Sunday night, the WWE presents the final major stop on the road to WrestleMania 32.

WWE Fastlane emanates live from the Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland and when the dust settles, the main event for the "Show of Shows" will be clear.

Here are 10 booking decisions the WWE should employ to make Fastlane a successful event.

Daniel Bryan Even Lied to His Wife About Concussion Severity

1) Surprise, Surprise

One of the things that made WrestleMania 31 such a success was the surprising swerve during the main event. It seemed Roman Reigns was destined to emerge from the biggest show of 2015 as the champion, until Seth Rollins shockingly cashed in his Money in the Bank briefcase to win it all.

With Reigns once again seemingly poised to main event the "Show of Shows," the WWE could once again troll its audience with a big surprise ending when he battles Dean Ambrose and Brock Lesnar, rather than going with the predictable finish.

2) Lunatic Fringe

The most interesting part of the main event is Ambrose's role. "The Lunatic Fringe" is unlikely to turn heel, which would be a nice swerve for him, but he's also the least likely person to be standing tall when the dust settles. If the WWE isn't going to push him to win the match, it needs to at least make him look strong in the main event.

3) Styles Clash

AJ Styles will make his highly-anticipated pay-per-view singles debut against Chris Jericho at Fastlane. The two have engaged in quite the entertaining feud, but "The Phenomenal One" needs to be the victor here with a statement win over the veteran.

4) Fight Owens, Fight

Kevin Owens just won the Intercontinental Championship, so defeating Dolph Ziggler on Sunday should be a no-brainer. Owens should build to his next program by attacking Styles at some point in the night, leading to a WrestleMania clash between them over the midcard belt.

5) Lynchpin

Becky Lynch and Sasha Banks have formed a formidable tag team in the Divas division, but thus far the "Lass Kicker" has received the weakest booking. Naomi and Tamina have beaten down Lynch lately, while Banks has been the one to make the save. The trend should change Sunday, with Lynch saving "The Boss" and getting the win for her team.

6) Diva Divide

The WWE is likely tempted to put the Divas Championship on Brie Bella to finish the Cinderella story of her losing her sister Nikki (sidelined with a neck injury) and husband Daniel Bryan (retired due to concussions). While it's a nice angle, Charlotte has built up some serious momentum as Divas Champion and should retain on Sunday. Then, she can drop it to the next top babyface (Lynch or Banks) at WrestleMania.

7) Stealing The Show

The WWE has relegated the Alberto Del Rio vs. Kalisto match for the U.S. Championship to the pre-show, but this could be a blessing in disguise. The WWE has added a 2-out-of-3 falls stipulation to the bout, so being on the pre-show, it can get at least 20 minutes, giving them ample time to steal the show.

8) Game On

Triple H has been a very boring champion and hasn't even defended the belt since winning it at the Royal Rumble. The WWE should have him put it on the line in a surprising defense, even if it's against a weak, hand-picked opponent.

9) Wyatt Family Riot

The Wyatt Family should obviously defeat Big Show, Kane and Ryback in dominant fashion in their match, but if the WWE is going to pull the trigger on a Bray Wyatt vs. Lesnar feud, it needs to start at Fastlane. The Wyatt family should take out "The Beast" during the main event, leaving Ambrose and Reigns to fight it out.

10) Deadman Rising

There has been a lot of intrigue as to who will face The Undertaker at WrestleMania now that John Cena (shoulder) is sidelined and the plans for Braun Strowman have reportedly been nixed. The WWE can generate a lot of buzz by having the "Demon from Death Valley" emerge at Fastlane in what would be his first sighting since the Survivor Series in November.
