The Raptors are riding high as the No. 2 seed in the Eastern Conference, and Canadian rapper Drake is gladly taking the ride with them. Drake is set to coach the NBA All-Star Celebrity game opposite Kevin Hart, and he’s also become an integral part of the Raptors from an image standpoint.
Because of that, the Raps have made some changes to their locker room set list. Specifically, Meek Mill is expressly not allowed. “Oh it’s nothing but hip-hop so Young Thug, Drake, Rick Ross, Weezy, Rich Homie Quan…,” forward Patrick Patterson said.
“Meek Mill has been banned for a long time. No one plays Meek Mill.”

Ouch. Times have been tough for Meek Mill. Not only was he slaughtered by Drake in their rap beef, he violated his probation by traveling out of state illegally and allegedly passing cold water as a urine sample in December. People are hopping off the bandwagon left and right, so it’s time for the 76ers to stand tall.
There’s no word yet on if the last-place Sixers will place a ban on Drake’s music in their locker room – hopefully they have their own playlists, because if they use the radio that’ll be impossible – but that would serve two purposes.
Drake Should Stay Far Away From John Calipari
First, they’d back up their own. Meek Mill bleeds for Philadelphia, and said so pretty recently.
Second, the headlines they generated would probably last a few days, and that means a few less days of people focusing on how absolutely putrid they are. The Sixers are 4-37 this year, and are in their third year of tanking for the No. 1 pick.
