Hulk Hogan WWE Return? Hulkster Says The Door's Open, Despite TNA Status Still Up In The Air [VIDEO]

Hulk Hogan, arguably the biggest star in wrestling history, is not yet closing his doors on the possibility of returning to the WWE even as he admitted that his status with TNA is still up in the air.

After 'quitting' TNA as part of a storyline because his contract with the second-tier promotion expired last Thursday, the Hulkster said he's still in talks with TNA. "We couldn't figure things out. We're talking, but I'm wide open right now," he told the Associated Press.

The 60 year old wrestling icon revealed that he met with Triple H, son-in-law of WWE owner Vince McMahon recently at a charity event. "He just welcomed me with open arms. He said if ever I decide I get the itch to come back home, the door's open," he said.

Asked about the possibility of signing up for one last run with the WWE and potentially appearing at WrestleMania 30 next year, he told AP that "my mind has been going crazy the last couple of weeks trying to figure out the best thing to do will be."

Hogan has been sporadically wrestling the past few years because of age and injuries. In TNA, he was mostly the on-screen general manager and wrestled a few times. He last appeared on WWE television in 2007.

Hogan said there could be one last match for him. "With the right guy, the right situation, with a big enough event, big enough storyline, you're damn right I have one more left in me."
