Manny Pacquiao will understandably justify his camp’s selection of Timothy Bradley Jr., perhaps the same way that Floyd Mayweather Jr. defended his choice of Andre Berto.
But if that is indeed the case, Pacquiao is making Top Rank promoter Bob Arum look bad.

Arum is the same guy who said that while Bradley didn’t exactly pan out good PPV numbers in the first two encounters, he was the one who he believes could rack in revenue over Amir Khan and Terence Crawford.
Pacquiao goes on to say that a third fight with Bradley is the one that can appease fans which he further justifies was the reason behind his selection of the American boxer per Philboxing.com.

While the reasoning seems a bit looney, it remains that Pacquiao may have been analyzing everything wrong. Fans wanted someone new and obviously the one many had wanted was Crawford.
Crawford is a new face. but an up and rising fighter, though the area of revenue does of course carry a big question mark. So try as he might, Pacquiao may need to find another reason behind the selection of Bradley because his justification right now just doesn’t make sense.
The only thing that fans can look forward to with this third fight is the battle of the trainers and all the trash talk that comes with it. Teddy Atlas and Freddie Roach have been at it before but such is the only thing that has made the bout interesting.
