Tim Tebow Girlfriend: Olivia Culpo's Sympathy For Steve Harvey Should Go Toward Former QB [POLL, VIDEO]

Olivia Culpo saw one of the biggest debacles up close and personal -- and we're not talking about the rise and fall of Tim Tebow's NFL career.

The former beauty queen served as a judge for the Miss Universe 2015 pageant, and let's just say things didn't go as planned. Steve Harvey, who hosted the competition, read the card wrong and announced the incorrect winner for the competition.

Harvey announced Miss Colombia, Ariadna Gutierrez, as the winner, when really Miss Philippines, Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach, was the victor.

After the initial reveal, Gutierrez celebrated while wearing the crown and sash for a few minutes before Harvey came out to reveal the error, which he called an "honest mistake." Culpo, who was romantically linked to Tebow in a relationship that fizzled out, took to Instagram to share her sympathy for Harvey after his gaffe.

Reasons Olivia Culpo, Tim Tebow Relationship Didn't Materialize

Culpo's sympathies, however, may be going to the wrong person. The 2012 Miss Universe wrote about "poor Steve Harvey," but what about poor Tim Tebow?

First, his NFL dream was put on hold when the Eagles cut him in September. That's right, the Chip Kelly-led team that is currently 6-8, couldn't find a spot for Tebow and he hasn't resurfaced in the NFL ever since. It's not like there haven't been openings due to injury and inept quarterback play throughout the league.

Then, Tebow found the love of his life in Culpo, who sources said the former Heisman Trophy winner was "super into" and left "sweet notes" for all the time, only for the relationship to never really materialize. After rumors surfaced for months speculating the two were the newest hot couple, the relationship never made it out of the gate.

Tebow now spends his Sundays outside of the NFL without Culpo by his side.

It seems the Miss Universe pageant has spurned Tebow and Harvey, but at least the former didn't announce the wrong winner on national television -- he was just dumped by the very girl who won the pageant three years earlier.
