The Panthers (12-0) are on a bye in Week 14. Not really, but playing the Falcons (6-6) is virtually the same thing.
After a 5-0 start, Atlanta has lost five of its last six games -- the most recent a 23-19 loss to the Buccaneers last Sunday. The Falcons are now on the outside looking in in the NFC. The same cannot be said for Carolina.
Cam Newton's Dancing Is Ruining America
The final unblemished team in the NFL have already clinched the division, but it's the No. 1 overall seed and history they chase. The Cardinals' 23-20 victory over the Vikings on Thursday kept the pressure on the Panthers.
A loss will leave the top of the NFC up for grabs.
