Ronda Rousey Latest News: Crushing UFC 193 Defeat Will Not Affect Her Movie Career [VIDEO]

Ronda Rousey may still be reeling from the surprise setback from that shocking loss to Holly Holm at UFC 193, but apparently that does not cover her Hollywood career.

With Rousey seemingly in shambles, a report from TMZ reveals that famed film producer Jerry Bruckheimer doesn’t see the setback as a reason to involve her movie career, calling the deposed UFC champion as someone who is still bankable.

True enough, and hard as it may, the film industry is a whole lot different from the UFC. In fact, Rousey already had plans (win or lose) after UFC 193. She was going to take a hiatus to focus on her film commitments and then return in time for UFC 200.

Ironically, UFC 200 is seen as the likely time where Holm and Rousey would meet again for a rematch.

Hollywood Life had an exclusive talk with UFC president Dana White and it was here where the actual date and place was revealed. The official date of the fight would be July 9, 2016, in Las Vegas.

Until then, Rousey is likely to lay low and focus on her film commitments.

It should also give her an ample time away from the heat with all the badgering she has been getting from fans for the shocking loss against Holm, who was never really given the proper attention for her achievements until now.
