Indianapolis Colts Rumors: Jim Harbaugh Not Denying Potential Andrew Luck Reunion [VIDEO]

Chuck Pagano is a sitting duck, and the media plans on taking full advantage.

Following Michigan’s 48-41 double-overtime victory over Indiana, Jim Harbaugh was asked about his interest in another coaching job, specifically with the Colts. His answer -- in typical Harbaugh fashion -- was as resolute as it was open to question.

Nick Saban Would Ruin Andrew Luck's Career

Reading between the lines, he didn’t say he wasn’t interested, either.

Having coached Andrew Luck at Stanford, there are clear ties for Harbaugh in Indianapolis. The kind that makes too much sense to pass up.

Andrew Luck Would've Been Happier In Carolina

Even someone as prognostically challenged as ESPN’s Stephen A. Smith sees the value in the Colts pursuing Harbaugh.

In the end, it will prove to be a difficult task for Indianapolis.

Harbaugh is in the first year of his record seven-year, $35 million contract with the Wolverines. Abandoning his program after just one season is implausible at best. This isn’t Bobby Petrino we’re talking about. This is a man whose ties with Michigan dates back to his four-year career from 1983-86 under Bo Schembechler.

Then again, “no comment” isn’t definitive enough to put an end to the speculation.
