Dwyane Divorce Update: Siohvaughn Funches Wants To Nullify Settlement, Have Gag Order Lifted [VIDEO]

Dwyane Wade's ex-wife has filed court papers seeking to nullify the settlement the former couple agreed to earlier this summer, including a gag order that prevents her from publicly bashing the NBA star.

Just days after multiple media outlets reported both the court-appointed child parenting coordinator and psychologist assigned to work with Siohvaughn Funches had quit, TMZ is reporting Wade's former high school sweetheart is now arguing she never agreed to all the terms now legally mandated in the settlement.

The website adds she now wants a judge to nullify the agreement and force the Miami Heat star back to the bargaining table.

Howard Rosenberg, the coordinator assigned to facilitate child custody issues between the former couple, tendered his resignation earlier this week and claims the between the involved parties made it impossible for him to "effectively" perform his $400 per hour duties.

TMZ also reports that psychologist Leslie Star, who was assigned to evaluate Siohvaughn Funches' mental state, has also resigned. So far, Rosenberg had made about $50,000 coordinating visitations and making sure both parents honor their time commitments with the children.

Though Wade and Funches have been divorced for more three years, they continue to publicly battle over issues ranging from allegations of mental illness, emotional abuse, bad parenting, missed visitations, kidnapping, and the shielding of financial assets.

It has previously been reported that Wade has spent upwards of $10 million on legal bills stemming from the couple's divorce and subsequent custody battles.
