MLB Playoff Rosters: Building A Best Daily Lineup Using Only Playoff Rosters [VIDEO]

The MLB playoffs are set. The Cubs, Dodgers, Mets, Pirates and Cardinals have all clinched a berth in the NL postseason. The Blue Jays, Royals, Yankees, Rangers and Astros will represent the AL.

Ranking The Best MLB Managers In The Postseason

But what if all 10 baseball clubs combined? What if a starting lineup needed to be created fielding only the players still alive in the postseason?

This what it would look like.

Must Have Playoff Gear For Your Significant Other

P Zack Greinke, Dodgers
Greinke leads MLB with a 1.66 ERA and 0.84 WHIP. He led the Dodgers with a 19-3 record.

1B Juan Encarnacion, Blue Jays
Encarnacion only managed a .278 batting average, but his 39 HRs and 111 RBI were among the league leaders.

2B Jose Altuve, Astros
Only Dee Gordon had a better batting average than Altuve among second basemen. The 25-year-old finished the season with 197 hits and a .311 batting average.

3B Josh Donaldson, Blue Jays
As powerful as Encarnacion was for Toronto, Donaldson was better. He finished his season with 41 HRs and 123 RBI.

SS Carlos Correa, Astros
Correa was an integral part in Houston’s return to the postseason. The rookie set a rookie club record with 22 HRs this campaign.

CF Andrew McCutchen, Pirates
McCutchen proved to be a model of consistency in 2015, finishing with a .294 batting average, 23 HRs and 96 RBI.

LF Yoenis Cespedes, Mets
The Mets are relevant again for a majority of reasons, chief among them Cespedes.

RF Joey Bats, Blue Jays
The power numbers are still there for Jose Bautista. The 34-year-old finished with 40 HRs and 114 RBI.

C Francisco Cervelli, Pirates
It’s a shame Buster Posey isn’t available, but if you need a catcher to get on base at the bottom of your lineup, opt for Cervelli. The 29-year-old was second among catchers with a .369 OBP.

DH Alex Rodriguez, Yankees
For a player who was past it, A Rod finished with 33 HRs and 86 RBI as a DH.
