John Cena Twitter: WWE Superstar Tweets [PHOTO] Of Injured Arm, Updates On Returns For Cena and Sheamus [VIDEO]

For the past month, WWE has been without two of its biggest faces in WWE Superstars John Cena and Sheamus. Cena and Sheamus are both anxious to return, and they've been taking their frustrations with their respective injuries out on keyboards instead of with opponents in the ring--where they'd like to be.

Cena and Sheamus have recently taken to Twitter to update the WWE Universe on their respective conditions.

Cena posted a picture of his stitched up arm on his Twitter account, just two weeks removed from triceps surgery and had a message for his peers.

Cena noted how Monday's are tough to get through as he's sidelined and unable to wrestle on Monday Night Raw, while showing a picture of his injured and stitched-up arm.

Cena lost the WWE Championship to Daniel Bryan at WWE's SummerSlam event back on Aug. 18 before announcing the next night on RAW that he may miss the rest of the year after he undergoes surgery. WWE.com reported the day after the surgery that Cena underwent a successful operation and will miss four-to-six months.

Cena's stiches are set to be removed Tuesday, but the picture of his arm indicates that he still needs a few more months of recovery before he can hop back in the squared circle and attempt to win his WWE title back.

Sheamus, meanwhile, injured himself some time during WWE's Money in the Bank pay-per-view where the Celtic Warrior competed in the All-Star Money in the Bank ladder match. During the contest, Sheamus fell through a ladder, which could have caused the injury. A video of the vicious bump can be seen below:

WWE.com reported in August that Sheamus tore his labrum in his left shoulder during the match and it required surgery to fix. Sheamus underwent surgery on Aug. 13 and his doctor reportedly said it will be at least two-to-three months before the grappler can put any significant stress on his shoulder. Sheamus started rehab and physical therapy, but still has very little movement in his shoulder.

Cena and Sheamus will both most likely miss the remainder of this year, but the two tough athletes are looking to rehab their way back to the ring by January's Royal Rumble pay-per-view, but for now they'll keep showing their progress through tweets.
