LeSean McCoy hasn't gotten used to life in Buffalo just yet.
The former Eagles RB sparked controversy after attempting to throw a party with very specific guest requirements in July, and followed that with a hamstring injury in a non-contact drill during a team practice on Aug. 18.
Calm Down Miami, New England Are Still AFC East Favorites
On Tuesday, he continued to add flames to the fire. In an interview with GQ Magazine, McCoy provided bulletin board material for one DeMarco Murray.
"I think Murray's good," the Bills RB said. "But I don't see him as competition as far as the best backs. I like my game a lot."
Browns OL Coach Allegedly Strangled His Fiance
McCoy's thirst for revenge stems from his departure from Philadelphia this offseason. The NFL's third-leading rusher since he entered the league in 2009 was sent to Buffalo in exchange for LB Kiko Alonso, who missed last season with a torn ACL.
That's how much Chip Kelly valued McCoy's productivity.
Murray signed a five-year deal with the Eagles just days later, creating the narrative McCoy is using as a chip on his shoulder.
Still a bit wounded, McCoy admits he has some readjusting to do.
"That was crazy," he said "I felt like I'd always be there.
"I just gotta get used to it."
McCoy will have the opportunity to exact his revenge on Dec. 13 when the Bills visit the Eagles in Week 14.
