The Seahawks and Chiefs ended preseason Week 1 with reversed fortunes. Seattle narrowly fell 22-20 to the Broncos in a rematch of Super Bowl XLVIII. Kansas City, by comparison, outscored the Cardinals 34-9 in garbage time to capture a 34-19 victory. Both teams enter Saturday looking for a result and answers to vital position battles on the depth chart.

Position Battles To Watch
Seahawks: Drew Nowak and Lemuel Jeanpierre are both in contention for the starting job at center. The position was left vacant after Max Unger was traded to the Saints in exchange for Jimmy Graham. Jeanpierre started against Denver in Week 1, but Nowak is expected to start in Kansas City on Friday.
Tyrod Taylor Makes Strong Bid To Start For Bills
Chiefs: Jeff Allen was reportedly penciled in as Kansas City's starting right tackle, but an injury (MCL sprain) in Week 1's victory over Arizona has reopened the door for Donald Stephenson. The 26-year-old has 14 career starts in his three years with the Chiefs, but failed to record one in 2014.
Performance To Examine
Albert Wilson entered camp as the presumptuous favorite for the team's No. 2 receiver role. With additional snaps coming his way on Friday, look for the 23-year-old to improve on his two-catch, 15-yard performance from Week 1.
