It's a busy day in the National Hockey League as the impending NHL Draft has led to a lot of movement around the league.

With the draft set to occur at 7 p.m. ET from the BB&T Center, the home of the Florida Panthers, there has already been a lot of movement as teams are looking to stockpile draft selections while other clubs are hoping to build on their cores for the 2015-16 campaign, which opens up on Oct. 7.

Here are all the moves that occurred thus far on Friday ahead of the draft:

Maple Leafs Garnering A Lot Of Interest In F Phil Kessel

Ottawa Senators and Buffalo Sabres

The Senators dealt goaltender Robin Lehner and veteran forward David Legwand to the Sabres in exchange for their 2015 first-round pick, which is No. 13 overall.

Lehner, 23, went 9-12-3 in 25 games (24 starts) last season with a 3.02 goals-against average and a .905 save percentage.

Boston Bruins and Calgary Flames

The Bruins sent defenseman Dougie Hamilton to the Calgary Flames to acquire one first round pick (15th overall) and two second round selections (Nos. 45 and 52 overall).

Hamilton, 22, had 10 goals and 32 assists for 42 points in 72 games in 2014-15 and averaged 21:20 time on ice.

Boston Bruins and Los Angeles Kings

It was a busy day in Beantown as Boston dealt Milan Lucic to Los Angeles in exchange for goaltender Martin Jones, a first round pick in Friday's draft (13th overall) and Colin Miller.

Lucic, 27, went 18-26--44 in 81 games for the Bruins last season.

The Bruins now own selections 13, 14 and 15 in the opening round.
