Russell Wilson has moved before. He's capable of moving again.
Profootballtalk.nbcsports.com reported on an interview the Seattle Seahawks quarterback conducted with 99.9 The Fan in Raleigh, N.C., in which Wilson again was asked about his contract negotiations that appear to be at a standstill with the organization.

"At the end of the day I trust the process," Wilson said. "I know God's going to take me and put me where he wants to have me. I hope that's Seattle. I love it there, it's a great place. But I've also gone through the ups and downs and been moved around before. I loved N.C. State and loved playing there and then having to go somewhere else and start new.
"I ultimately, I know mentally and physically and spiritually, I'm prepared for whatever. Every day I'm going to go to work. I'm not the kind of person that's going to hold out or do any of that, because I want to be the best player I can be. I want to continue to try to improve on the field."

Wilson transferred to Wisconsin his senior year in college and led the Badgers to the Rose Bowl in 2011.
According to overthecap.com, Wilson is scheduled to make $1,696,898 in his fourth and final year of his rookie contract. Reports have indicated that Wilson is looking for a contract in the range of the Aaron Rodgers signed a five-year deal with the Green Bay Packers in 2013 worth $110 million, with $54 million guaranteed.
The sticking point appears to be the guaranteed portion of the contract, with the unique nature of contracts in the NFL not being fully guaranteed.
Wilson still came across with the politically correct answer, calling his situation with the Seahawks "a blessing.
"It's not necessarily a negative thing. It's one of those things that I'm thankful to be in this position. ... I'm one of 32 men in the world that get to do what I do."
The Seahawks QB reiterated that he hopes the negotiations work out "how it's supposed to" with the team, but in trusting the process, the possibility that another club finds more value in him also could find the "how it's supposed to" work scenario.
