Today at 12:15 p.m. ET the second day of the Round of 64 tips off with No. 2 seed Kansas facing off with No. 15 seed New Mexico State on CBS in a matchup that can be live streamed free by clicking this link. Jayhawks fans can listen to the game on  KJHK 90.7 FM ,while Aggies fans may do likewise by turning their radio dials to Fox Sports AM 570 The Ticket.

Kansas is expected to cruise by the Aggies in this 2 vs. 15 tilt, but the Aggies staunch defense might make the game more difficult than many fans expect. New Mexico State gives up 59.3 points per game, the 19th-best mark in the nation, and Kansas has been prone to offensive droughts at times.

The Aggies aren't particularly deep, but their offense is balanced between four players who all average double-figures. The lead dog is 6'8 senior forward Remi Barry, who scored 13.3 points and averages 4.8 rebounds.

Kansas is similarly balanced, but New Mexico State has no player on the roster with the versatility of forward Perry Ellis, who led the Jayhawks in points (13.8) and rebounds (7.0). Last season Kansas was at a disadvantage because freshman center Joel Embiid was lost ahead of the tournament, robbing the Jayhawks of their top rim protector. This season he was a Philadelphia 76er, so Kansas has had to adapt to playing with a smaller frontcourt. Now, no player owns the category like Embiid did, but collectively Kansas is 27th in the nation in blocks per game.
