Fans of the hit HBO show Game of Thrones (season 5 premiere on April 12) have all seen how huge Hafthor "The Mountain that Rides" Bjornsson appears on screen, and no doubt they realize that he is just as big in real life. Bjornsson was all over the sporting news recently for breaking a 1,000 year old record by carrying a 640 Kilogram (that is over 1,400 pounds) mast from a Viking ship for five steps. Well over the weekend, Bjornsson was smashing another record at the Arnold Strongman Classic.
Bjornsson admits that he did not have a great competition overall, noting how he dropped some points on the deadlift event. However, he may have made up for it when he set a new world record by tossing a 56-pound kettlebell over 19 feet in the air.
