Draymond Green Postgame Bump [VIDEO]: Warriors Star Rips Clippers' Dahntay Jones, Mocks His Minutes Per Game

Draymond Green of the Golden State Warriors is having a career season, so when he avoided a confrontation with Clippers’ bench player Dahntay Jones after Jones bumped him during a postgame interview, the Dubs probably breathed a sigh of relief.

A cold stare wasn’t all Green had for Jones though. Afterward Green used his words to punish Jones for the slight, dishing some scathing commentary in response to the not-so-subtle bump.

"I think he wanted a reaction from me, but he don't play," Green said. "Me getting suspended and him getting suspended, it's different. If [Jones] gets suspended, they may not even notice.”

Green is having the best season of his career, posting career-highs in points (11.6), rebounds (8.6) and assists (3.7). He has also posted a 97 defensive rating per Basketball-reference.com, despite guarding top-flight small forwards, or having to handle bulky power forwards in the paint.

Jones, on the other hand, is logging a mere 4.6 minutes per game. He’s averaging less than one point per game, and has only attempted 14 shots in the entire 2014-15 season.

Green said he wants the incident to be reviewed by the NBA for a possible fine or suspension, and chided Jones for doing it publicly.

"I definitely expect that to be reviewed by the NBA. For him to look at me, look at me again and bump me when I'm doing a postgame interview; that's really smart, too, when it's on ABC. The postgame interview is the highlight of that segment and you bump somebody,” Green said.

"He got some camera time, which he needed because there wasn't much celebration from their bench today, so you didn't see him much. He got the camera time he was looking for."

The Warriors won 106-98.
