Chris Brown is again being accused of seriously injuring a young female during what she calls an unprovoked attack.
According to TMZ, Deanna Gines is claiming Brown shoved her so hard inside an Orange County nightclub Saturday night not only did she stumble and fall but tore ligaments in her knee and may need surgery.
Gines, 24, also told TMZ the attack was unprovoked and she was simply standing in the VIP section following Brown’s performance at the Heat Ultra Lounge when he came wandering past the bar and deliberately shoved her to the ground.
The Anaheim police department confirms that a woman filed a report for an assault that allegedly took place in the club that night fitting that description, which officers are still investigating.
Gines insists she’s scheduled to see another doctor later this week, but has already been told she may need surgery.
Meanwhile, Brown rep Nicole Perna told TMZ “I’m unaware of the incident, as is Chris’ lawyer and his entire team. He was in a great mood. None of this makes sense."
Brown has previously served probation for his attack on then girlfriend Rihanna, a beating that left her battered and bruised and left him with an image problem he’s yet to fully overcome.
