WWE lawyer Jerry McDevitt issued a statement in response to the lawsuit.

"This lawsuit is virtually identical to one filed by the same lawyers in Oregon, neither of which have any merit," the statement reads. "WWE has never concealed any medical information related to concussions, or otherwise, from our talent. WWE was well ahead of sports organizations in implementing concussion management procedures and policies as a precautionary measure as the science and research on this issue emerged. We will vigorously contest this lawsuit."

Singleton, 22, says he is disabled now due to the head trauma he experienced during the early part of his career. Singleton was in the WWE from 2012-2013.

Lograsso 50, spent time in the WWE, ECW, WCW and TNA during his career. Lograsso was in the WWE from 1990-93 then again from 2005-07.

"Under the guise of providing entertainment, the WWE has, for decades, subjected its wrestlers to extreme physical brutality that it knew, or should have known, caused created latent conditions and long-term irreversible bodily damage, including brain damage," the lawsuit reads, according to the New York Daily News.

It remains to be seen how this plays out, but the WWE has become similar to the NFL with past athletes speaking out and filing lawsuits.
