More details have emerged over the Christmas Eve arrest of Kevin Nash and the former WWE and WCW World Heavyweight Champion commented on the incident on Twitter.
According to TMZ Sports, police reports from the incident between Nash and his son, Tristen, say that Nash claimed that his son came home drunk and belligerent toward Nash and his wife.
His son allegedly spit in Nash's face after an argument and elbowed him before Nash was able to pin him to the ground. Tristen then scratched Nash's face.

Tristen claimed that Nash was arguing with him about his girlfriend and then chokeslammed his son to the ground, causing him to blackout from the impact. The cops then arrested Nash based on feelings that he was the "primary aggressor."
Tristen was arrested two hours later after Nash and his uncle told police that he had "slung his mom around the kitchen" and that he tried to attack Nash as well.
A video has surfaced of Nash's appearance in court:
Nash then spent Christmas Eve at the Volusia County Detention Center and he later thanked the people there for their treatment of him on Twitter:
Nash also thanked people for their love and support during the incident:
Following the incident, Nash's attorney spoke to the Daytona-Beach News Journal about the arrest.
"It's an unfortunate situation. They're a good family. I'm hoping the State Attorney's Office will receive my information and dismiss the charges. The kid was out of control, and the father was defending his wife. I'm pretty confident we will have a resolution in the next couple of months."
The WWE also spoke to the paper and said that Nash's legends deal was suspended while the company sorts out the domestic incident.
"Kevin Nash has not regularly performed for WWE since January 2004. He is currently under a non-wrestling 'legends' contract, which has been immediately suspended until this domestic dispute is resolved."
Nash will now look to put the incident behind him as he moves on from a rough situation that unfolded on Christmas Eve.
