What They're Saying
Toluca captain Paulo da Silva (via Univision): "Obviously, Jose [Cardozo] lives in a particular way because it is his third consecutive Liguilla and surely he will want the title too. He's already won it as a player and surely he's trying to win it as manager too. Obviously, we want a third consecutive semifinal and to get to the final, but we know we must go round by round. We drew very complicated rivals and [Chiapas] will be a very difficult opponent."
Chiapas manager Sergio Bueno (via Vavel): "We're not going with the advantage that we anticipated, but the possibility to advance remains open. I think the team played a great match [in the first leg]. To get to the final, you have to win on any pitch and that's what we're contemplating. The team came out lively, confident and we'll look to win in that cathedral that we know is very complicated."
