Cincinnati Bengals News and Rumors: Devon Still Responds To 'Deadbeat Dad' Accusations Via Twitter [VIDEO]

Cinncinati Bengals player Devon Still and his 4-year-old daughter Leah have one of the most inspiring stories of the NFL season.

However, it appears that this feel-good story has taken a sadder turn, if a new report from the New York Daily News is to be believed. Leah's mother, Channing Smythe, and her attorney, Gloria Allred, allege that Still has become a "deadbeat dad" when it comes to providing child support payments. Smythe and Leah have been on food stamps for most of the year and would reportedly be homeless if were not for the help of friends.

Leah has been battling a rare form of pediatric cancer. In one of the classiest moves imaginable, the Bengals kept Still on their practice squad roster so that he could keep the health insurance that's been paying for Leah's treatment. Still has since gone on to play on the active roster, receiving numerous tributes from fans and opposing teams alike, most memorably the New England Patriots.

The report further stated that Smythe has borrowed cars in order to get Leah to her treatment site in Philadelphia.

Still responded to the stor via Twitter on Wednesday.
