Former NBA star Dennis Rodman is headed back to North Korea to talk shop with Kim Jong-un.

In a profanity-laced tirade, Rodman told TMZ he will be arriving on August 1 to resume diplomatic talks with John-un because “Barack Obama can’t do s**t.”

Fresh off being booted from the reality show “Celebrity Apprentice,” Rodman spoke with TMZ while visiting Los Angeles earlier this week during which he added of North Korean imprisoned American Kenneth Bae: “I’m going to try and get the guy out. It’s gonna be difficult.”

Bae was recently sentenced to 15-years of hard labor after being charged with plotting to overthrow the North Korean government.

“We got a black president who can’t even go talk to Jong-un,” added Rodman, before spewing yet more obscenities. “Obama… I don’t know why he won’t go talk to him.”

Rodman has somewhat of a history with Jong-un, having visited North Korea before and spent what he’s termed soul-searching time with him.

Despite all his rhetoric and tough talk, Rodman will have you know one thing. “I’m not a diplomat,” he said.

Rodman played 14 seasons with six different teams, winning five titles in Detroit and Chicago. He was named All-Defensive first team seven times and was voted defensive player of the year twice. He led the league in rebounds per a game a record seven straight seasons.
