TNA Wrestling News and Rumors: TNA Done With Spike TV? Company Prepared To Announce New Deal Soon [VIDEO]

It appears as though TNA is done with Spike TV and that Impact Wrestling will have a new network home with an announcement of which station will carry it in 2015 and beyond expected to come soon.

TNA has not taped any new Impact Wrestling episodes beyond this Wednesday's show as it will be pre-empted next week for Thanksgiving Eve and Spike TV was slated to air "Best of TNA" episodes in December, but that may not happen now.

This week's edition of Impact Wrestling could conceivably be the final episode to air on Spike TV as the network may drop it as soon as the new deal is announced.

Wrestlingheadlines.com reports that multiple sources within TNA have said that the company is done with Spike TV and there is an announcement expected soon as to which network the company's flagship show will end up on.

The new deal that TNA is expected to announce is reportedly either very close to being completed or it is in fact officially signed already. It is expected to be a multi-year pact, which means that Impact Wrestling will at least be on television for the next two years.

The full details of the new deal for TNA aren't released just yet, but it appears as though the company could have more than one show on the channel so there is a possibility of more TNA programming coming once the contract is officially announced.

TNA's next set of TNA tapings will occur at the Manhattan Center in New York City from Jan. 6-8.

There were reports last week that Spike TV may look to keep Impact Wrestling, but it was revealed that there have been mixed signals given by TNA and the company hasn't been transparent with its talent.

Spike TV has wanted to get out of the professional wrestling business and was going to drop TNA from its network when the contract between the two sides expired last month, but it opted to be a good partner and keep TNA on the network until a new deal could be reached elsewhere for 2015 and beyond.

TNA has been linked to a lot of networks over the last couple of months, including a station that branches off of the Discovery Channel.

It appears as though big news regarding Impact Wrestling is imminent.
