The chase for the 2016 European Cup will take its next step on Saturday. Two teams attempting to qualify for the tournament will do battle in a match between Austria and Russia. What They're Saying
Austria head coach Marcel Koller (via UEFA): "[David] Alaba's loss is a blow for us, but injuries happen in an elite sport, so other players will have a chance to prove themselves. We have had good games without David, and we could easily have another on Saturday. Why not? I have studied Russia games a lot, including those from the 2014 World Cup. Russia are very compact and have a lot of skilful individuals."
Russia defender Sergei Parshivlyuk: "I think we are favorites. In my opinion, our team has a bit more quality and higher profile than Austria. Our opponents have also lost David Alaba and this fact makes our chances higher."
