WWE Rumors: Acting Coach Working With Roman Reigns On His Character [VIDEO]

Injured WWE Superstar Roman Reigns is reportedly taking acting classes as the WWE hopes it will help him round out his character.

Reigns has been out of action since he had to undergo emergency hernia surgery on Sept. 20 that caused the WWE to cancel his match with Seth Rollins at Night of Champions the following evening.

Reigns said in an interview on Monday Night RAW recently that Rollins is in his sights when he returns.

Wrestlingheadlines.com reports that WWE officials believe that Reigns needs to work on being more rounded as a character and they have him taking acting classes with coach Howard Fine.

There have been reports that Reigns could be back as soon as December's Tables, Ladders and Chairs event or at least sometime after Christmas. If Reigns isn't set to return by December, he will definitely be back in time for January's Royal Rumble event at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia.

Reigns is rumored to win the Royal Rumble Match and go on to defeat Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 31 on March 29, 2015 at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif. for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.

The WWE has big plans for Reigns and wants him to be the next top babyface, but the company also senses what many fans do as Reigns' promos could use a little work. Whether this holds any bearing on his big push that is coming remains to be seen but the WWE has been high on him for a long time.

There have been rumors that January's Royal Rumble Match will boil down to former Shield members Reigns, Rollins and Dean Ambrose with Reigns eventually getting the win to become No. 1 contender for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.

The company has been planning on a big WWE World Heavyweight Championship bout between Reigns and Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 31 for quite some time.

It appears as though Reigns is closing in on a return to WWE television and that he will work on making his character more believable upon his comeback.
