El Salvador head coach Albert Roca had this to offer ahead of today's international encounter (via Universal): "I desire to bring confidence to this group that will allow it to bring great sensations on the pitch. Yes, we should be forceful in certain areas, but they will be minimal"
"We are playing against an Ecuador side that will be just as tough [as Colombia], if not more difficult," he added when asked about today's opposition. El Salvador just recently suffered a 3-0 defeat to the Cafeteros in Red Bull Arena on Friday. "[Ecuador] are making a generational change that is giving them good returns."
Ecuador captured a 1-1 draw with the United States on Friday and will look for better returns against El Salvador tonight.
