Dallas is looking for its fifth straight win after topping the Houston Texans 20-17 in overtime at home in Week 5 while Seattle is in search of its third consecutive win after handing the Washington Redskins a 27-17 loss last week.
There are a few key matchups to look for this afternoon as Seattle's top-ranked rushing defense will take on the NFL's leading rusher in Dallas running back DeMarco Murray while Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman will try to quiet down Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant, who has a touchdown in every game of the team's winning streak.
Murray, who has eclipsed 100 yards in each of his first five games, has paced the NFL with 670 yards on the ground off of 130 carries and has added five touchdowns while Bryant has four scores and leads the Cowboys with 32 receptions for 376 yards.
Murray and Bryant have been the main weapons at quarterback Tony Romo's disposal and a key reason why the Cowboys haven't lost since Week 1.
Romo is 110-for-159 for 1,260 yards with nine touchdowns and five interceptions thus far this season and he'll look to lead Dallas to its first five-game winning streak since 2007.
Bryant is looking forward to facing off with Sherman.
"He's a great corner, arguably the best in the league," Bryant said per ESPN. "I do look forward to it, just a great battle. It's not about that. It's really about trying to get this 'W.'"
The Seahawks respond with quarterback Russell Wilson, who rushed for over 100 yards last week and threw for over 200 on the way to earning NFL Offensive Player of the Week.
"I don't think running is ever part of the game plan for me really. It just kind of happens," Wilson told ESPN.
Wilson is 78-for-111, which ties him for the NFL lead with a 70.3 completion percentage, and he has added 852 yards along with eight touchdowns and just one interception. Wilson has also rushed for 209 yards on 29 attempts and has added a score.
Wilson isn't the Seahawks only weapon on the ground as Marshawn Lynch has rushed for a team-best 306 yards on 69 carries while adding three touchdowns.
Wilson's best weapon has been Doug Baldwin, who has 14 receptions for 155 yards, but has yet to reach the end zone.
This game has big implications as the Seahawks are tied with the Arizona Cardinals for first place in the NFC West while the Cowboys and Philadelphia Eagles are tied atop the NFC East.
The Cowboys look for their fifth straight win while the Seahawks look for their third consecutive triumph when these teams collide for NFL Week 6 action at CenturyLink Field this afternoon in Seattle.
