Two clubs in the Eastern Conference of MLS will do battle today in a league match between Toronto FC and the Houston Dynamo. The first-division clash scheduled for 7:30 p.m. ET will be held at BMO Field in Toronto and can be live streamed here. Additional TV coverage can be found on TSN.
Toronto FC manager Greg Vanney had this to offer ahead of today's league encounter (via MLS's official website): "We've set a target for nine [more points]. I don't know if we'll need nine, that's going to depend on what the other results look like. But for us, we're going to set a target, win our home games and go on the road and pick up a win."
"We're a solid road team and everybody's getting healthy," he added. "So we think at nine, we assure ourselves in. Our primary focus needs to be on getting our Eastern Conference victories."
Tactical Preview
Player to Watch: The Houston Dynamo's Brad Davis will look to punish Toronto FC down the left channel. The 32-year-old has eight assists in 21 appearances and is averaging 2.9 key passes per match.
