Another network is reportedly interested in carrying TNA Impact Wrestling in 2015 and Dixie Carter is confident that the company's flagship show will air on Wednesday Jan. 7, which is the first date that the show will be off of Spike TV.

According to Wrestlingheadlines.com, Carter reportedly told the talent at last week's TNA tapings that she guarantees Impact Wrestling will air on Jan. 7, the first Wednesday that the organization will no longer be affiliated with Spike TV.

The report also indicates that that TV industry sources have said that TNA likely hasn't signed a deal with a new partner yet, but is in very serious talks and will likely get a deal done very soon and it will remain on Wednesday nights after recently making the move from Thursdays.

WWE Debunks Rumor Of Brock Lesnar Health Scare

TNA is hoping to stick to its plans and return to New York City for a live television taping on Jan. 7 at the Manhattan Center as a way to kick off their affiliate with a new network in a big way.

There is no word on which network TNA is in serious talks with, but the company has been linked to WGN America, Velocity Network and reportedly some others which may even include CMT and a non-cable station. The Velocity offer was the first one reported, but it was seen as a worst-case scenario for TNA.

It was reported over the summer that Spike TV was planning on ending its relationship with TNA by dropping Impact Wrestling from its schedule in October. Spike TV then decided to keep the company's flagship show on its network through the rest of 2014 in order to be a good partner for TNA as it searches for a new home.

Spike TV is looking to get out of the pro wrestling business altogether, but it seems as though TNA will land on its feet and there won't be any gap in episodes of Impact Wrestling when it changes networks
