Two clubs chasing UEFA Champions League glory will do battle today in a match between Juventus and Malmo FF. The group-stage match scheduled for 2:45 p.m. ET will be held at Juventus Stadium in Turin and can be live streamed here free.
Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri had this to offer ahead of today's European encounter (via UEFA): "Malmö are certainly ahead of us in terms of their condition. They are organized, so we're going to have to be very careful and very quick and be very secure in defense. I think Juve have a side competitive enough to go far in both the league and in Europe. We know it's very hard to win in Europe, but nothing is impossible."
"In Europe you come up against teams who play to win, so there are less tactics and more pace," he added. "And so you've got to read the game differently. I've not won anything in Europe yet and this is my fifth year involved, so I've still got a lot to do and I hope to do that with Juventus."
When asked about his club's objective, Allegri continued: "Juve were knocked out in the group, but they played well last year. Sometimes you don't get what you deserve. Juve are a great side and they need to aim to the last eight, but the objective for now is to get through the group."
