War Machine Arrested: New Details of Alleged Assault of Christy Mack, Corey Thomas [Video]

New details of War Machine's alleged attack on ex-girlfriend Christy Mack and Corey Thomas have emerged after a police report on the incident was released on Monday. The former Bellator fighter is scheduled to appear before the California Superior Court on Tuesday, Aug. 19, 2014, in regards to the Aug. 8th assault.

Mack, born Christine Mackinday, spoke to Las Vegas police and to an investigator with the sexual crimes unit while she was in the hospital. According to the police report published by MMA Mania, Mack was in bed with Thomas when War Machine (born Jonathan Koppenhaver) entered her home using his copy of her keys.

Koppenhaver then attacked Thomas, who suffered "a broken orbital and fractures throughout his face" according to the report. He reportedly punched Thomas approximately 15 times and then choked him by "placing Thomas in a 'rear naked choke.'" After fighting for about 10 minutes Koppenhaver released Thomas and let him leave, but not before threatening his life.

"Koppenhaver told Thomas to leave and told Thomas that he would kill him if he reported this and Koppenhaver went to jail," the report said. "Koppenhaver said he would give his friends all of Thomas's information and his friends would find Thomas and kill him if anything happened to Koppenhaver."

Koppenhaver then turned his attention to Mack, allegedly hitting her so many times that she lost consciousness. She suffered a litany of injuries, which included two missing teeth, a blowout fracture of her left eye, and a lacerated liver. At one point, Koppenhaver forced her into the shower and kicked her in the ribs. He also went through her phone and would punch her whenever he saw something he didn't like on her Twitter or Instagram accounts.

"While Mackinday was lying on the ground in the bathroom Koppenhaver told her 'that's my pussy and I'm gonna take it back now,'" the report said. He threatened to rape her but couldn't get erect, according to Mack.

Koppenhaver held a knife to Mack's head and threatened her with it. He then went to the kitchen in search of a bigger knife, and that is when Mack was able to escape.

Koppenhaver has been charged with assault with a deadly weapon, coercion, open or gross lewdness, and four different counts of battery.
