WWE Battleground 2014 Rumors: John Cena To Lose WWE Championship? 'Cenation Leader' Pulled From Two RAWs ]VIDEO]

John Cena is not currently advertised for two episodes of Monday Night RAW over the course of the next three weeks, leading to some speculation that he may drop the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at Battleground Sunday night at the Tampa Bay Times Forum in Florida.

Sting Discusses Facing The Undertaker In One Last Match

Wrestligheadlines.com reports that Cena is not currently advertised for the July 21 post-Battleground RAW this Monday from Miami or the Aug. 4 episode two weeks later in Austin, TX. Cena will be missing some time from the WWE in order to promote Judd Apatow's Trainwreck movie.

Cena is scheduled to face Randy Orton, Roman Reigns and Kane in a Fatal 4 Way match at Battleground with the WWE World Heavyweight Championship on the line. While a win for Cena would mean that the champion would be absent for two big RAWs as the WWE hashes through the results of Sunday and builds toward SummerSlam, it doesn't necessarily mean he'll lose.

Cesaro To Turn Face Sometime This Year

His absence could lead to the belief that the WWE will switch the titles in order to have a physical champion represented at RAW, but it is likely that Cena will keep the title given the WWE's plans for the biggest show of the summer.

There have been rumors and some leaked advertisements that Cena will battle Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam on Aug. 17 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. It is likely that match will be the main event and for the title, so it is unlikely Cena loses it Sunday at Battleground.

Lesnar is expected to return to the WWE soon, but with Cena being absent two of the next three Monday nights, he may be held out unless he appears on RAW fresh off of ending The Streak of The Undertaker at WrestleMania XXX and challenges an absent Cena.

It is also possible that Lesnar shows up at Battleground after Paul Heyman teased a "Plan C," and attacks Cena as a way to write him off for two weeks and set up Lesnar as the next big threat to the title.

Cena will likely win the Fatal 4 Way at Battleground to set up SummerSlam, but he is also expected to miss the next two episodes of Monday Night RAW.
