Brazil 0-8 Germany

Goals: Oscar—90'; Germany—Muller 11’ Klose 23’ Kroos 24’, 26’ Khedira 29’ Schurrle 69’, 79’
Complete and utter destruction saw Germany move past Brazil 8-0 on Tuesday. An opening goal from Thomas Muller increased the tension inside of the Estadio Mineirao. Miroslav Klose’s record-breaking finish broke the hearts of all residing inside it just 12 minutes later. An onslaught of German supremacy would immediately follow. Goals from Toni Kroos and Sami Khedira would gift the European power a 5-0 lead within the span of five minutes. Just for good measure, Andre Schurrle added a brace of his own in the second half. The final goal would come from a Brazlian star, Oscar, but proved to be meaningless given the already comical deficit. And thus, Brazil’s World Cup dreams are finally over.
