Obama NCAA Women's Pick: President Predicts Baylor To Repeat National Championship and Win Over Notre Dame

President Barack Obama, whose women's NCAA basketball tournament bracket was unveiled on ESPN Friday morning, predicts the defending champion Baylor team to repeat as national champions. Obama selected the Lady Bears to defeat Notre Dame in the national championship.

Baylor beat Notre Dame 80-61 in last year's title matchup in Denver. The Lady Bears also handed the then-undefeated Lady Irish their only loss of the season -- a 73-61 decision on Dec. 5.

Notre Dame has won 26 straight games since their loss to Baylor. The Lady Bears enter the tournament with a 30-game winning streak, with their only loss coming to archrival Stanford on Nov. 16. President Obama has Cal beating Stanford in the Spokane regional final.

Obama also picked Baylor to beat Notre Dame in his bracket challenge last season. Obama's other two Final Four representatives are Connecticut and California, with No. 2 California being the only non-No.1 seed to reach the round.
