"I'm not going to say much because words get lost in the wind. The only thing I can say is that the dream starts and we will definitely work to the maximum to stabilize this dream," Greece coach Fernando Santos said at the airport (via Kathimerini).

Greece captain Giorgos Karagounis added, "I believe we are in good shape and have one goal: To return from Brazil after a long time and after more than a month. We will give our best, as we do always."

Striker Fanis Gekas echoed that sentiment: "There is no need to say much. We have a good spirit on the team and we will go for our dream."
