Belmont Stakes Odds: California Chrome Enters Belmont 3-5 Favorite; Wicked Strong Second at 6-1 [VIDEO]

No surprise out of the Belmont Stakes as California Chrome is the favorite to win the third leg of the Triple Crown at 3-5 odds. Chrome will run out of the second post as he attempts to become only the 12th horse in history to ever complete the Triple Crown.

Victor Espinoza will ride Chrome in the race in a position that 11 Belmont winners have come from, the last being Tabasco Cat in 1994. Wicked Strong is the 6-1 second choice for the race after finishing fourth in the Kentucky Derby and skipping out on the Preakness Stakes.

Tonalist at (8-1) and Ride On Curlinat (12-1) round out the top four horses in the race as they look to take the historic feat away from California Chrome.

Post-Horse-Odds
1. Medal Count 20-1
2. California Chrome 3-5
3. Matterhorn 30-1
4. Commanding Curve 15-1
5. Ride On Curlin 12-1
6. Matuszak 30-1
7. Samraat 20-1
8. Commissioner 20-1
9. Wicked Strong 6-1
10. General a Rod 20-1
11. Tonalist 8-1

California Chrome looks to become the first horse to win the Triple Crown since Affirmed won in 1978. The Belmont Stakes will take place June 7 and Chrome has all eyes on him as he looks to become the latest horse to run into history.
