Two nations looking to return to form will do battle today in an international friendly between Scotland and Nigeria. The Nigerian World Cup tune-up scheduled for 3 p.m. ET will be held at Craven Cottage in London. Information on where and how to stream the match live can be found here.

Though the Nigerian national team are the ones preparing for the 2014 World Cup in Brazil, Gordon Strachan and the Scottish national team have set their sights on the 2016 European Cup. For Strachan, participating in that tournament would be a dream.

"We've set a target to do that [qualify for the European Cup] and there's nothing better than when someone sets you a target and you achieve it," said Strachan (via the BBC). "And I know, with this group of lads, it can be achieved."

"You can't plan that far ahead with any international side. You can rack your brains for weeks in advance then find out there are five players missing. We wait for the guys to get through the door then plan training sessions around that. We'll deal with the present and in doing so, we prepare for the future," he added.

"It's a different Scotland side, we're patient, we try to keep the ball, create chances and we're defending well as a team."
